Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

AdJust is an NCCD adjustment evidence collection app for Australian teachers, developed by Andrew Patrick.

Data Collection

AdJust does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — including classes, students, adjustment evidence, comments, photos, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using an on-device database (SQLite).

No Student Data Leaves Your Device

AdJust is designed with student privacy at its core. Students are identified by codes you choose — initials, seat numbers, or nicknames. No real student names or identifiable information is ever transmitted to any server. Your data stays entirely on your device.

No Accounts

AdJust does not require account creation. There is no login, no email collection, and no user registration.

No Analytics

AdJust does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

No Network Access

AdJust does not make network requests. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a generated PDF report or CSV export using your device's native share functionality.

PDF Reports and CSV Exports

When you generate and share a PDF evidence portfolio or CSV export, AdJust uses your device's built-in sharing capabilities. Reports are shared directly from your device — they are not uploaded to any server.

Photo Evidence

Photos attached to evidence entries are stored locally on your device alongside the evidence record. They are not uploaded or transmitted unless you explicitly share a report that includes them.

Biometric Authentication

AdJust supports Face ID and Touch ID to protect access to student data. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. AdJust never accesses, stores, or transmits biometric data.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling AdJust removes all associated data from your device. You can also delete individual classes, students, or evidence entries from within the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

AdJust is a tool for teachers and does not collect any information directly from children. Student data entered by teachers is stored only on the teacher's device and is never transmitted.
